Submitting application documents for the establishment of overseas
(foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) enterprise business offices
in Qingdao: COFERT for approval; registration by Qingdao Industrial
& Commercial Administration; completion of necessary procedures
at the public security, taxation, customs, bank, and technical
supervision departments, (government permit, business register,
and representative certificate are required), within 30 day of
registration.

4.2 Main Management Rule
The Qingdao Overseas Investment Service Centre was established
in 1996 by the municipal government in order to enhance work efficiency
and facilitate overseas investors. All related government administrative
bodies and departments have set up offices here to provide integrated
services so that investors can complete all required formalities

1) Table of Existing Corporate Names
2) Application Form
3) Project proposal, Feasibility Study Report, and Related Permit
4) Business License Copy of Chinese Party (with Seal of Body
of Issue)
5) Business Certificate Copy of Foreign Party Documents Required
for Business Registration: 1) ApplicationForm Signed by the President
and Vice President 2) Government Permit 3) Permit Duplicate 1
4) Contract and Articles of Association (the Latter Required Only
for Foreign-funded Enterprise) 5) Investment Verification Certificate

are required if the registration is changed or cancelled. Business
name consultation and standard, opening of business, as well as
registration change and cancellation can be handled at local registration
offices in Chengyang, Jiaozhou, Jiaonan, Jimo, Pingdu, and Laixi,
in addition to the municipal registration authorities.
